  1. I haven’t thought about Harry Potter books for a long time. What came to mind wasn’t a quote but how universally loved the books are by all ages. One frightfully rainy day while hiking the Appalachian Trail we passed the tent of a fellow thru-hiker heading from GA to Maine. Curious why he hadn’t packed up despite the weather I called out.to him…Going to pack up and hike today? This middle aged man growled, NO! I am reading Harry Potter, damn good book!
